Measuring your waist for your weightlifting belt

Use a pliable measuring tape, measure around your waist approximately 4 inches above where your pant would sit. Please do not suck your stomach in and keep everything relaxed when measuring.

RECOMMENDATIONS: If you are in-between sizes please go up a size.  Ex. If you measure a 26.5" to 27"we would recommend you go choose a MEDIUM.
