What is MitoPrime, and why is it in here?

MitoPrime® is a branded form of L-ergothioneine, an amino acid found naturally in mushrooms, included here at 30 mg. It's unusual among antioxidants: the human body has a dedicated transporter for it, which actively concentrates it inside cells and in tissues under heavy oxidative load. Researchers have argued that a transporter that specific implies a real physiological role. It's an expensive raw material and uncommon to find inside an all-in-one formula rather than a standalone bottle.

What does the Astragaloside IV do?

It's the main upgrade from V2 and it's aimed at kidney support. Standard astragalus root extract is a common ingredient, but this is a 98% concentrated Astragaloside IV at 25 mg — comparable to 30 to 50 grams of the standard extract. It supports renal health and helps the body manage oxidative stress in kidney tissue. Note this is separate from AstraGin®, which shares part of the same plant family but does a completely different job: absorption.
